How Rawda creates a dedicated email for every pilgrim
To speed up bookings and keep pilgrims’ data organized, the system automatically creates a dedicated email address for each pilgrim on the official domain.
Example email address:
SYRN00000001@bookrawdah.com
How does this mechanism work?
- When the pilgrim’s data is entered into the system, a unique identifier is generated for each pilgrim.
- A dedicated email address is created and linked to this unique identifier.
- This email is used to manage the booking through the Rawda platform.
- Later, this email can be used to connect the pilgrim with the Nusuk platform when needed.
Why is this important?
- Ensures instant readiness for booking without waiting for manual email creation.
- Avoids delays caused by pilgrims not having an existing email account.
- Helps organize large group bookings and distribute reservations efficiently.
- Prevents duplicated or conflicting records between pilgrims in the same campaign.
- Makes administrative follow-up and reporting much easier later on.
Linking the pilgrim to their account (OTP)
- An official option will be provided so the pilgrim can link the account to their personal mobile number.
- The pilgrim will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS.
- They can then log in and manage their own account and bookings.
Option to delete the temporary account
- If the pilgrim prefers to create an independent account with their own personal email, they can request deletion of the temporary account.
- After deletion, they can immediately create a new account directly on the system.
- Their bookings can then be re-linked in an official and organized way.
