How Rawda creates a dedicated email for every pilgrim

To speed up bookings and keep pilgrims’ data organized, the system automatically creates a dedicated email address for each pilgrim on the official domain.

Example email address:

SYRN00000001@bookrawdah.com

How does this mechanism work?

1. When the pilgrim’s data is entered into the system, a unique identifier is generated for each pilgrim.
2. A dedicated email address is created and linked to this unique identifier.
3. This email is used to manage the booking through the Rawda platform.
4. Later, this email can be used to connect the pilgrim with the Nusuk platform when needed.

Why is this important?

• Ensures instant readiness for booking without waiting for manual email creation.
• Avoids delays caused by pilgrims not having an existing email account.
• Helps organize large group bookings and distribute reservations efficiently.
• Prevents duplicated or conflicting records between pilgrims in the same campaign.
• Makes administrative follow-up and reporting much easier later on.

Linking the pilgrim to their account (OTP)

• An official option will be provided so the pilgrim can link the account to their personal mobile number.
• The pilgrim will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS.
• They can then log in and manage their own account and bookings.

Option to delete the temporary account

• If the pilgrim prefers to create an independent account with their own personal email, they can request deletion of the temporary account.
• After deletion, they can immediately create a new account directly on the system.
• Their bookings can then be re-linked in an official and organized way.
